One of the best ways to survive burnout is by celebrating small wins. These can be refreshing and they act as fuel to keep you going.
That said, it’s can be a problem when the wins start to dry out or we don’t feel driven and motivated by them.
The longer you go, the more you build up an appetite for bigger wins, it becomes hard to be able to celebrate the small ones.
Sometimes we need to go back to first principles and appreciate the daily/periodic small wins.
