The thing about the internet and more especially Twitter is that is the love is short lived.
One day, you’re the star that everyone loves and the next, you’re the biggest villan on the planet.
They come at people and usually celebrities with torches and pitch forks.
The biggest mistake I often see is the accused trying to get ahead of the matter too soon.
This could be by answering, reacting, or putting out a statement prematurely.
While PR people might know best, this strategy handling works well.
Time, time is what people need. Just log off, think, reflect and then come out and say your piece but well, we never learn.
