First of all, to those who might not know what troubleshooting is, Wikipedia describes it as a “systematic search for the source of a problem in order to solve it… Troubleshooting is needed to identify the symptoms.”
And peace can be described in a number of philosophical ways. In this context when we talk about peace we mean being still and having a quiet heart and mind, when you have no internal or external desires. Someone who is at peace has no internal conflicts within themselves.
And to achieve peace I found that a technique of troubleshooting every single one of our conflicts and racing thoughts. Constantly trying to find answers to why we doing something, why someone is on our mind and a particular issue is troubling us so much. Constantly having to find the root cause to our envy and bad feelings.
Once you learn to ask yourself these questions and answer them TRUTHFULLY to yourself, you’ll then be able to start ending your internal conflicts and start finding stillness in your heart and mind.
