Positive Reinforcement vs A Negitive One

Sometimes we don’t achieve our goals because instead of setting positive goals, we set negative ones.

We focus on the “Stop drinking part”, instead of the “Improve your health.

You push, yourself to avoid things instead of doing something.

Bad habits always need new good habits that we are willing to replace the bad with.

And it is those replacement habits we need to focus on, not the stoping of bad ones
