The problem of students get teargassed and shot at goes beyond the current leadership. Yes, there’s a lot they not getting right or doing but the loss of life today shows the systematic racial inequality we still face in our country.
Police don’t hesitate to use brutal force against striking miners and students but act differently when other races are the perpetrators.
The use of force against citizens expressing their frustrations should not be a thing or supported but we really need to address issues of racial equality in our county if we need to move on and deal with issues in a civil manner
