Best Performers Elevate Those Around Them, But Not All Always

One good team player can elevate the performance of those around them. Jordan would shout and push his teammates to get them to perform close to his level and to get 100% out of them.

Great football coaches like Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp has been able to get the maximum out of players some deemed average.

Your high energy and will to win and succeed no matter what as a team member or manager can rub off others and get them to perform at a high level.

But wait, that’s not always the case. People willing to take on the challenge of reaching deep in themselves to perform at a high level will do so at their own will. It’s the horse and water proverb here at play.

So whether it’s a friend, employee, or team member. Their failure to rise to the occasion and perform at the levels you’ve set for yourself is not your fault. Only those who are ready and willing to perform at those levels will do so.
