Burnout

  • by

If you’ve read up on some of the most successful people in the world, then you’ve probably noticed how they wake up early every morning, have a strict schedule, work 18hrs and sleep for 4.

While that might be tempting if you want to reach the heights of some of those top performers and be as successful it’s really important to consider the fact that you might burnout while trying.

Working for 18 to 20hrs a day is not only is it bad for your mental health, but it has also been found to affect physical health as well.

We can’t copy and paste the routines and models that worked for others in our lives. We are all different, function differently, driven, and fueled by different things.

It’s important that you find something that works just for you and increases your own productivity, in line with your motivations and beliefs while not sacrificing your health.
